Disney Stamp – The Aristocats 1-oz silver coin 2023

While Walt Disney passed away in 1966, he was still able to approve one more project that came to life four years later: the Aristocats! The film about a loveable band of jazzy felines was originally going to be a live-action movie, but training cats is kind of like—well, herding them! In the end, the animation team drew up the characters and romantic Paris setting. A Christmas Eve release date was set, and our favorite cat-ristocrats were released to the public alongside an unmistakable soundtrack. Everybody wants to be a cat!
